We want you to be happy so you may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt IF:

1. You call us for authorization so receiving knows its coming.

2. You ship prepaid and insured for the value paid in the original packaging to: Woodtown Furniture, 13591 Riverview Dr., Elk River, MN 55330.

3. You include a copy of your receipt in the box.

4. Upon receipt, we will issue credit to your credit card  (or mail you a check if paid by check) the original amount charged including the frt. originally charged. So you pay frt. back but we include the frt. you paid to ship. Since it costs both of us frt. one way if you do return an item, we suggest if there are multiple items your not sure about to order one first and then order the rest.

Items NOT returnable:

Custom sized items (special height stools, tables etc.) and Items finished in a custom color or custom fabrics.

All products purchased from us for home use are warranted for one year against manufacturer defects. Swivels and floor guides are warranted for life to the original owner. Your receipt will be required for all warranty claims, keep your receipt.

Woodtown at its discretion will replace or repair any item requiring service.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment you must keep all packaging materials and call us promptly.  Any product damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as possible.
